This is a beautiful, high-end property with large, comfortable rooms in quiet Colmar neighborhood with nightly turn down service. We had a balcony overlooking the park which we thoroughly enjoyed. Hotel provides valet service for your car. Staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Easy walk into Colmar.

This hotel is exceptional. It’s everything you need and you don’t know yet. The déco is wonderful and very chic, the staff is so welcoming and well-trained, the rooms are fantastic, luxury-style but low profile, and the spa is simply the best. It’s a secret haven and a place to come back always and always. Thanks so much for the kindness and the warm welcome!

We would 100% recommend this hotel. Great location to "Little Venice and Grand Rue" The spa facilities are beautiful and well presented. Take time to go and sit with Gregg at the bar, he is an asset to the hotel, very informative and passionate about local wines and my new favourite the Cremant. We would go as far to say he would host a brilliant "drinks masterclass" We rented the bikes, very good value for money at €20 each for the day. We can't praise this hotel enough for how welcome we felt. The reception staff are very attentive and made us food and vineyard reservations. Nothing was too much trouble.

This was definitely one the nicest hotels in our 2 week journey through Switzerland and France. It was accessible from the train station (though a bit of a walk), and check-in was smooth and welcoming. Staff throughout the hotel were very courteous. This property is obviously quite new and it exudes luxury. Our room was quiet and comfortable and we enjoyed having a balcony with a view of the park. It was easy to walk from the property into the historic area of Colmar. Breakfasts were excellent.

perfect location, beautifully designed hotel with a lot of thoughtful touches in the room. wonderful spa facilities. the staff even does a turn down service in the evening.

it’s location the Resturant Cheif sent us a special meal because we were fasting with a nice greeting for Ramadan. it was a very nice gesture and it touched our hearts. Also the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. excellent atmosphere.

Everything was amazing! The staff was excellent, the room was modern but comfortable and relaxing, the spa soothing, and the cleanliness -top notch. The staff went above and beyond and exceeded expectations, front desk, bar, and breakfast staff. Everyone was so friendly and hospitable. Our stay in Colmar was amazing, but this hotel in particular made it even more enjoyable. I will recommend L’Esquisse to anyone visiting the region.

The interior and exterior design of the hotel is really special. Excellent location in the centre of Colmar while also being very quiet. Spotlessly clean, excellent staff and facilities. There is a lot of attention to detail which makes this a special hotel.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, well deserved it’s 5 stars. The design is gorgeous, absolutely stunning, from the outdoor to the smallest details inside, very high-end, modern design. the location is great, close to everything by walk, 10 min max. The staff was lovely, very nice and helpful. The room was amazing, we took a room with park view and a balcony and it was lovely to start the day like this. The room was very big, clean, very equipped (usb, type c charge, different kind of lightings). The design of the room was amazing, couldn’t stop looking at it. The breakfast was fantastic with large variety of food, fantastic omelets, and also almost panoramic view to the park. We really liked in this hotel, maximum value for money, we will definitely be back.
